Step 1: Easily approve hours and PTO requests

You have a lot on your plate, so we’ll remind you when it’s time to run payroll.
Each pay period, simply review and approve all hours worked and PTO requests (or assign this task to managers).
You can also add reimbursements, tips, bonuses, and any other corrections you like.

Step 2: Sync your HR data, and we’ll automatically calculate taxes and withholdings

Once you enter all benefit information for the year, it imports automatically for each pay schedule.
When you’re ready to run payroll, Eddy automatically brings in all the hours worked and PTO requests. If you use another tool for time tracking, just import those hours directly into Eddy.
We calculate taxes and add in withholdings for benefits and other deductions.

Step 3: Review and submit payroll in a single click

On the review page you can see what your employees earned, how much you’ll pay in taxes, and how much is taken out of your bank account. If you’d like, send a payroll preview report to leaders (or other team members) for approval.
After reviewing payroll, just hit submit—and you’re done! We handle the rest, including filing and sending your payroll taxes

Eddy Payroll includes quarterly and annual tax filings and end-of-year W-2 and 1099-NEC preparation and filing. All taxes are automatically collected within one banking day after your payroll processes, and tax forms are filed as they come due.

Eddy Payroll collects and reports all new hire and rehire data to the appropriate agencies, and all state changes are automatically updated to ensure compliance. You can also connect your general ledger accounts with our QuickBooks Online integration to ensure seamless updating and accuracy.

With Eddy Payroll’s end-of-year W-2 and 1099-NEC preparation and filing, you’ll be able to distribute accurate tax documents to your employees on time, every time. All tax documents are also made available online for each employee or contractor to view.

You can run unlimited payrolls, including bonus and off-cycle payrolls. If you ever need to cancel a payroll, you can do that too (up until the cutoff deadline).

Does Eddy file W-2 and 1099 forms?

Yes, Eddy will file and send W-2s and 1099 NECs for you.

How will my employees get their pay stubs?

Employees can access their pay stubs in the email they receive on payday. They can also view them in their Eddy account.
