I’m an HR and Office Manager for PathoQuest, Inc. and have been very fortunate in my professional career to have worked for many different industries as well as been part of a successful stat-up. When I’m not working, I love cooking, quilting, and hanging out with friends and family.
What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Try your best to not take anything personally, negative or positive. In HR, one day you’re someone’s best friend, the next day you’re hated. Need to have a thick skin and pleasant attitude.
