Nicole is a seasoned HR consultant supporting small businesses and their senior management in making key strategic decisions based on best practices and with a focus on compliance. She is currently studying to become an instructional designer/eLearning developer to build upon her passion for educating and inspiring others. What words of advice and encouragement would you give to someone just starting out in HR?
Don’t be afraid to ask questions no matter how silly, basic, or repetitive they may seem. Many HR situations are not as straightforward as they seem.
