My biggest love in the whole ATS is the automated email system. When I’ve been a candidate in the past, I didn’t like when I’d go days and days without an update from the recruiter. So what I really appreciate about this process is that when I move a candidate to the next step in the pipeline, they get an automatic email which I set up that tells them ‘Hey, this is what’s going on.
Anytime that [employees] need to clock out, request time off, gather their pay stubs, whatever they need to do, it’s a much easier process for them.
Everyone’s FERPA-certified because we’re ed tech, so I track those training certifications in Eddy.
An incredible company with absolutely incredible customer service. Can’t believe the difference that it’s made having their HR software!
The team at Eddy made our transition great. They helped us to understand the functionality and to use the features. Their responsiveness was great. The software is also pretty intuitive.

One of the features I like most about the software, is the onboarding for new employees. I love that I can send an invitation with a welcoming message and all the paperwork needed for our new hires. I have heard from our new hires that it was so easy to get their paperwork finished and at their own time. I like that I can track how far along the new hire is, in the onboarding experience.
Payroll used to take me about five hours a week, which represents lost opportunities to do other things. Plus, dealing with [our previous provider’s] complicated software and always calling them to ask questions was a few more hours a week.
I have been really happy with the Eddy program. Eddy has helped me to keep our employees up to date on the documents required for our licensing. Eddy is a good source for our employees to find the documents they need for their jobs and referral. We have used Eddy for hiring, it has streamlined that process and saved us a lot time.
Eddy was the first and best solution for us in solving the spiderweb of candidates at varying stages of the hiring process. Due to the rapid growth of our company, the tracking of candidates was out of control. Many candidates were lost in the process, disappointed in the untimely responses and the hiring team felt unprofessional. Eddy enabled us to get organized, to move candidates along the process more smoothly, and to hire the right people in the right positions.

Customer support is absolutely excellent, quick responses and always helpful. Any extra functions not offered, they are willing to add and constantly update the software to meet our company needs.
It’s made the hiring process a lot more collaborative and more fun for everyone. First, the ability to add emoji reactions for candidates is one of my favorite things. But the commenting feature is also so useful—the ability to put everything in one place for a candidate. We don’t have to go back and have a meeting after the panel interview for round two, because everything’s all in Eddy.

Eddy is the Best! The software is easy to use and very user friendly.
We’ve now migrated a lot of our employee-necessary documents—things we need them to read—from email and our messaging app over into Eddy. That’s allowed us to track who’s actually reading through things, which is really nice. When you send an email, you don’t know! So this gives us the opportunity to track who’s seeing all of these incredibly important messages that are related to the company.
I have no issues with Eddy. When I come across a bug their service team and software engineers get it fixed within a day. All around great people and even better customer service.
Installing and getting employees used to a new software is challenging, but Eddy’s team were amazing. They have continued to help us through the process and as a new team ourselves, they’ve been patient and helpful when we have shifted our needs during the process.

The biggest asset Eddy adds to the company as a whole is bringing everyone together. It’s helped us create the community we’ve always wanted, and work on things like improving culture and knowledge and professional development. It gives the company a sense of professionalism; it feels like we’ve reached a new echelon with the addition of Eddy. We’ve been around for a while, but now it’s real—now it feels like we have it together and it gives the company the opportunity to grow and scale.
It’s just created a sense of care. We as a company want our employees to feel taken care of, and that extends to potential employees. We want them to feel that we’re conscious of the time and effort they’re putting in, and we want to be respectful of that. The ATS has helped us build that part up so much; it’s amazing.
The most difficult part of my job was tracking the complex PTO and vacation days for our staff. Having to calculate that fiasco on an Excel sheet was a nightmare. Eddy HR made that process so simple. Especially adding our various schedules for both PTO and vacation days and how they are earned. I don’t even have to think about it! The software does it all itself.
Being able to send them everything they need to just have them ready to go … is really helpful. And then being able to continue to send documents, signatures, notifications … the whole entire new hire packet process is the key for me as I onboard people.
The hiring process created by Eddy HR is unmatched. The software is easy to use and organized perfectly.
There is no better software for interviewing and hiring. I have only been using Eddy for a short time, but I’m convinced.
Now I’ll never switch [payroll providers], and it’s not just because of the product, but the customer service. Our rep is irreplaceable. I wouldn’t care if I had the chance to save half by going to another company. To know that I can just email her with whatever questions I have or whatever report I might need…it’s fantastic.
Having one software to have people clock in and/or out, request time off, recruit and sort through resumes… everything thus far has been super handy and making my job a whole lot easier!
The biggest benefit Eddy provides for me in my role is just being able to manage time without actually having to manage time and think about it. I personally have ADHD, so for me, time management can be challenging. Having a tool like Eddy allows me to feel successful. To have that feeling in work is really rewarding and makes me happier as an employee.
It was taking me so much time to get any hiring done. The hiring process was weeks long—it would take weeks for the candidates. You lose good-quality candidates when you don’t have that automation and that efficiency.
[The best thing about Eddy] is that confidence that it provides to us, my husband and I as owners, and then to our staff that they know that their paychecks are correct and they have easy access to look at them.
The software we were using before was very cluttered, very glitchy and very complicated. The experience with Eddy has been a lot better than what it was with our previous provider. The interface is really nice, and very clean.
I like the full functionality of the software and that it’s very easy to use. It’s great for smaller or medium size businesses. I like the hiring, onboarding, people management and document filing. We recently implemented the payroll.
The team loves that they don’t have to ask me to email them the resume or cover letter or anything, because it’s all there. It is so easy for me to see, when someone says, ‘Hey, how much time do I have left to use?’ Boom. It’s just right there. It’s really simple.
Having access to all the different HR and payroll things in one spot is super helpful.
Before Eddy, I was working overtime. I was just so busy and had no time to get to other projects or do other parts of my job. With Eddy, I’ve gotten at least two hours a day back—I’m not even kidding.
Eddy has saved me so much time. In the average week, I’d say it saves me at least 20 hours—probably more.
Eddy … makes my life so much more simple because otherwise I would be having to track withholdings for taxes and withholdings for child support and other different types of garnishments, and making sure that those get paid on time to four different states. I don't have to worry about all of that.
The customer service team is amazing – always very responsive.

Integration was simple and support staff is prompt, honest and professional.
It would be a nightmare having to keep up with PTO [without Eddy]. And so the fact that our team members can see at any time how much time they've accrued and then make requests for time off, either paid or unpaid, is really important.
I've had probably five different people I've onboarded in the last month, and I heard over and over again how smooth and how slick that process was for them.
If I was just paying for the onboarding part of Eddy, I would still be happy with what I’m paying for.
I think the biggest benefit that Eddy provides is giving solo HR people a team and resources.
I use [Eddy] for tracking documents, keeping track of people and putting information in. I’m big on documentation, so whenever someone’s having performance issues, I track those things in the admin tab for the employee.
They can go in and clearly see what their PTO that they have remaining is. They can go in and update their profile if they have an address change. If they want a different profile picture, they have access to go do that.
They have gone above and beyond in meeting our companies very personalized needs. They have been great to work with, and we plan to continue using their product.
[Eddy has] given me more time to focus on [important] things instead of the tedious, time consuming tasks that have to be done but are not growing my business. Now, I feel that I can start focusing really on growth.
Drag and drop! So so easy to use and amazing design. You can automate emails, job integrations, customize your own hiring stages.
I’ve been able to do bigger projects that will grow the company in the future because Eddy’s doing the footwork for me on hiring and HR. So if you want to grow your company in a way that’s sustainable and will keep you sane, you’ve got to get Eddy.
I like the profiles of the employees! It is fantastic to have access to this data and so easy to digest it.
